Golf Cart Batteries
Lead-acid and LiFePO4 batteries fit golf carts, sightseeing and patrol vehicles. LiFePO4 options: 25.6V, 38.4V, 51.2V (105Ah, 210Ah, 315Ah). Replacements must match system voltage, tray, connectors and chargers. Verify compatibility with motors and controllers before installing higher-voltage batteries.
Cleaning Machine Batteries
FOBERRIA offers LiFePO4 batteries for scrubbers, sweepers and industrial cleaning equipment. Series include 12V, 24V, 36V as well as 25.6V models (52Ah, 60Ah, 75Ah) to meet different runtime and equipment specifications.

VRLA UPS batteries are available in 4V, 6V and 12V configurations, with capacities from 3.2Ah to 250Ah.

PzS DIN Forklift Batteries
PzS batteries are flooded lead-acid traction batteries based on DIN dimensions. They are available as individual 2V cells and complete battery packs in 24V, 36V, 48V and 80V configurations.
They are used in forklifts, transport vehicles, underground mining locomotives, subway tunnel locomotives and other industrial traction equipment.
PzB BS Forklift Batteries
PzB batteries use the BS traction battery form factor. They are available as individual 2V cells and complete battery packs for forklifts, mine battery tractors and battery vehicles used in ports, docks, stations and warehouses.
PzS and PzB batteries use different dimensional formats. The replacement should therefore be selected according to the original battery model, cell dimensions and battery tray size.
LiFePO4 Forklift Batteries
LiFePO4 batteries for electric forklifts and industrial traction equipment support fast charging with integrated BMS and no routine electrolyte maintenance.
Available versions: 12.8V, 25.6V, 48V, 51.2V.
Select based on equipment specifications. Check chargers, connectors, wiring and other components during replacement to ensure system compatibility.
Prismatic LiFePO4 Cells
FOBERRIA supplies 3.2V prismatic LiFePO4 cells (105Ah/230Ah/280Ah) for battery assembly. Cell selection depends on system design, capacity, voltage and installation space. When replacing lead-acid forklift batteries, verify dimensions, charging system and BMS communication. Replacement batteries must match original voltage and mounting requirements; confirm compatibility with controllers and chargers for lithium batteries with differing voltage or communication settings.

Submit the Existing Battery Information
Provide the equipment or system application, existing battery model, nominal voltage, rated capacity, external dimensions and clear photographs of the battery label. For traction batteries, also include the equipment model, battery tray dimensions, battery weight, connector type and cable position.
Identify the Battery Type
The existing battery is identified as a PzS DIN traction battery, PzB BS traction battery, lithium battery, EV battery, stationary battery, VRLA UPS battery or another available product type. This helps determine the appropriate replacement range.
Check Battery Compatibility
The voltage, capacity, dimensions, terminal or connector arrangement and charger requirements are checked against the existing system. For industrial traction equipment, battery weight, tray size and cable routing are also reviewed.
Select and Confirm the Replacement
A suitable replacement is selected from complete battery packs, individual cells or compatible lithium battery solutions. The final battery specification, connection arrangement and required accessories are confirmed before production.
Production, Inspection and Delivery
The battery is manufactured according to the confirmed specification and inspected through the established quality-control process. It is then packed according to the battery type, order quantity and shipping destination.
FAQ
How do I identify my existing battery?
Check the battery label for the model, nominal voltage, rated capacity and battery type. For traction batteries, the label may include a PzS, PzB or DB designation. Clear photographs of the battery label, terminals, connector and installation area can help confirm the correct replacement.
Can I replace a complete traction battery with individual cells?
Individual 2V PzS or PzB cells may be used when the remaining cells, battery tray, cables and connectors are still suitable for continued service. The replacement cell must match the original type, capacity, dimensions and terminal arrangement.
Can I install a battery with a higher Ah capacity?
A different capacity may be possible, but it must remain compatible with the available installation space, charging system and equipment requirements. For traction equipment, the total battery weight must also be checked.
Can a lead-acid battery be replaced with a lithium battery?
A lithium replacement can be evaluated, but it is not automatically a direct replacement. Voltage, capacity, dimensions, terminal or connector arrangement and charger compatibility must be confirmed before changing battery chemistry.
Can I reuse my original charger?
The original charger may be retained only when its output voltage and charging profile are compatible with the replacement battery. Changing from lead-acid to lithium may require a compatible lithium charger.
Do complete traction batteries include connectors and cables?
Depending on the selected configuration, complete traction battery packs may include a battery tray, connectors, jumpers, power cables and watering components. The required accessories should be confirmed before ordering.
Are replacement batteries available for equipment other than forklifts?
